WSFW Is A Multi-Cultural Community Event
Winston Salem Fashion Week (WSFW) is an event that provides a platform for apparel designers, textile designers, accessories designers, models, and retail merchants. WSFW is a forum for emerging designers and various industry professionals to grow, gain exposure, increase visibility and strengthen their platforms to connect with other industry professionals.
We provide the tools to prepare emerging designers for real opportunities to showcase in some of the major platforms in the industry. We are committed to unearth the creative talent of designers, and industry professionals that lies hidden in this area and be the educational platform that will assist in launching their brands and careers in the industry.
Since 2015, Winston Salem Fashion Week (WSFW) has produced and cultivated innovative runway fashion presentations featuring designers from the Triad, surrounding cities, as well as New York, Atlanta, and Washington, DC. This event has vastly become the premier events of the Triad. WSFW continually attracts media press impressions and has been covered by major local news stations, such as WXII Channel 12, Fox 8 News, WFMY Channel 2 Good Morning Show, Winston Monthly Magazine and Yes! Weekly News Publication and more.
WSFW has partnered with Hanesbrand, Inc, Champion, Goodwill Industries of Northwest of North Carolina, Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art, JCPenney, The Teknique Agency NY and Atlanta, The City of Winston Salem Mayor’s Office, Winston Salem Chamber, Winston Cup Museum, Hanes Mall, Hampton Inn & Suites and more.
